Ayer me volví a tragar Río Bravo, con John Wayne, Dean Martin, Ricky Nelson, y dirigida por Howard Hawks. Creo que me la sé ya de memoria, pero no puedo evitar estremecerme ("sun is sinking in the west...") con uno de los temas musicales más sencillos y emocionantes de la historia del western. Una pena que Dean Martin y Ricky Nelson no se prodigaran más, aunque el valor de las joyas, quizás, sea más fácil de apreciar si van perladas de escasez.
